Participation in swimming lessons and use of the pool facilities is done at the participant’s own risk.

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure a safe environment and qualified supervision, the swim school, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by any swimmer, parent, guardian, or visitor, whether caused by accident, negligence, or otherwise.

Parents and guardians acknowledge that swimming is a physical activity with inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, and water-related injuries.

By entering the premises and/or participating in lessons, you agree to abide by all pool rules and staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the pool area without refund
